SParms Cricket is a joint partnership between legendary cricketers Alyssa Healy and Mitch Starc and sun protection professionals SParms. SParms cricket aims to eliminate sunburn on the cricket pitch whether in the backyard or the SCG.

We highly recommend a cold hand wash with gentle detergent. If you do put it in the wash, make sure it's with other delicates in a wash bag on cold cycle only.
Our patented fabrics are a mix of meryl microfibre and spandex which have been specially formulated to provide maximum cooling UV protection.

Yes! All payments are processed through a secure connection and no payment information is ever received or stored by us.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process orders within 24hrs. This may extend during sales and holiday seasons.
We offer a flat rate $7.95 standard shipping Australia wide as well as express for $11.95. Any orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping and free express shipping from $99 and over.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed with your tracking number. It can also be found in your account when you log in.

Returns and Exchange
We offer 14-day free returns for refunds or 30-day free returns for exchanges/store credit.
Refund requests can only be accepted for items that have never been worn, opened and must be in full original packaging.

We offer self serve returns through your customer account. Simply log in to your account using the email you used to place your order and request a return from there.

This is dependent on your location and how long it takes for your return to arrive back at our warehouse but usually, it should not take any longer than 5 business days to arrive here.
Returns are processed the same day we receive them and in the case of an exchange, the item sent out the same day or the next, for refunds, they are processed on the spot.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns for any customised items unless there is a fault with the product.
All sales on custom items are final.
Final sale items are not able to be returned.
Where there is a fault with the item, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value if we have sold out of the original item.
Warranty and Quality
Yes, we warrant our products against any manufacturing defects, abnormal wear and tear, or deterioration caused under normal use and care.
Should you find a major fault in the product in the first 90 days of use under proper handling and care, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
All warranty claims must be submitted to email@example.com with proof of purchase and any relevant evidence.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims for any damage caused by mishandling. This includes but is not limited to damage caused during washing, snags and tears, and discolouration.
Our manufacturing process has been refined over a decade of expert craftsmanship and each product is checked for quality before being packed into their respective packaging.
We frequently review warranty claims and eliminate issues that arise during any of our processes.
Our products are all reviewed by ARPANSA, the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency independently each year. They certify our UV protection factor and our reports can be made available upon request. Look for the "Certified UPF 50+" label on our products.
